I have been looking for volunteer work for a year. Might find something soon. In the meantime, can't cap *s they have too many mob and i already have enough enemies.

Try to do some workout, running, swimming, climbing maybe martial arts etc
I got adhd/borderline so I'm bored most of the time and want something to happend all the time. Sometimes I play console game just for focus.

This is good tip, helping other people who needs it or something for a good cause. You'll feel better when you're doing something positive.
I second what Cyrus said. I haven't done volunteer work in a few years but it feels really good to know that you're making a difference towards others.
