I usually don't do 6 miles. Sometimes we go to wisahickon and run 6-7 miles but on the average day I run 4-5 miles.

I was gonna race for my school in cross country couple of years ago but a week before the race I fractured my wrist.could run fine but they wouldn't let me for health and safety reasons.I was so pissed off
