Can you demand money from people or something? Some guy is taking so much protection money from me it's running my property into the negatives! How the hell can I give more money then I make?

Yeah but what's going to stop someone else from doing the same thing? The whole world is taken. There is no spot unless you own a boat. Not to mention it seems this guy is able to demand what ever he wants.

My bike got stolen once too but then i went to the gym and signed up for karate... it helps me punch faster... shitty thing is my Queef™ seat was limited edition and squirted when i rode it really fast... man i miss that seat

For common knowledge Bikey, if you build under someone else's turf you will pay them protection until your turf is equal to or in excess of their influence of that turf. It's nothing the player collecting that cash is doing, it's simply poor placement on your part. If you don't want to pay protection then tear your turf down and build elsewhere, or level up and take the turf from that person.
