Edge wins with 2 bars over 1bar of 3G. 3G doesn't even load. My Internet is down for some reason and I'm realizing how bad the coverage is at my house. I live amongst 7 million people... 97% of Americans my ass!

I think alot of people will switch intially and Verizon's towers will get overwhelmed due to the increase in customers. They will have the same complaints some at&t iphone users. The plus will be to at&t customers who keep their plans and have less users on at&t towers which will mean a better experience for them. As soon as all the towers are upgraded and can handle "smart phone" traffic, there will be a "next big thing" in smart phone design that will again overwhelm everyones towers and producing the drop calls, no data coverage etc etc. Yes sadly its a never ending battle to stay ahead....

AT&T was just kinda thrown the iPhone without realizing how much traffic it would recieve. Verizon may end up having some issues but there more prepared to handle them than AT&T was.I think alot of people will switch intially and Verizon's towers will get overwhelmed due to the increase in customers. The dot is GSM the basic cell service. Yes I plan on waiting to see how verizon handles the iPhone. I agree that Att users should have a better experience but it won't change lack of coverage on AT&T part. Att current service is apparently faster that verizon but I think verizon coverage outweighs a slower oveall connection. Soon they will be going 4g so all this infostructure currently being built will soon be outdated. I hear the iPhone 5 will be able to run on both 3G and 4. We will see which rumors pan out.

iPhone 5 not to be confused with the Verizon iPhone which will apparently be an iPhone 4 but built for the verizon network.

Ahhhhhh wifi again. I had to have a tech come out but he did something good cause I'm noticing much less load time.
