0 phone number

Hey, I've been having a few calls, and one of them was 0. Like, the numbers showing were only 0
So anyone knows what it stands for? I know it's not a freebox (the comany from which I get my phone from)
And it's not a "hidden" number, because normally it would just say: not able to show.
I didn't pick up, because I was like: wut?
Any ideas what this is?

When my mate calls me sometimes it happens. I think it's when he uses skype or something.

I just got a call like that on my iPad...thru my phone service app Whistle...didn't answer it tho...I'm not sure bout that either so I didn't answer

ive had that happen before, sometimes the other end is completely silent other times its staticy and only twice have some telemarketer started talking

All (0)'s (1)'s or (9)'s is usually a gov' number. Number changers don't allow u to change a number unless u give a real area code

If someone calls through skype it starts with a bunch of 0s if they don't connect their phone to it.

U can change ur number thru a package in cydia. I called my friend using his own number before...

If you get the number again, take a screenshot of the details and I'll give you an email to send it to. I'll try and find out who it is.
It could be an old computer acting as a telephone. I have a secondary laptop doing that

That happened to me today.
The caller ID said unknown.
The number was 000-000-0000.
