I'm having troubles gettin livemix set up and apparently thier support department is bullshit. I tried setting it up as described in the instructions but it doesn't work. Anyone else have issues with this?

There's really only two decent brands in the stereo headset world for xbox. Turtle beach and steelseries. Turtle beach is toted as being the best. But the steelseries 5xb looks cooler and got great reviews and I friggin love it. Except for this livemix feature that lowers game volume and raises voice volume and I can't seem to set it up properly

Not quite bigbk I have the tritton technologies ax pro headset an they kick ass. Great headset that works with my ps3 and comp too.

I think my problem s hdmi. If I was using regular RCA (red and whites) I'm pretty sure it would work. But as for this tritton...for some reason all they carry here are steels n turtles.
