I'm thinking about getting a tattoo on my upper arm/shoulder. I regularly lift, will the tattoo stretch and get deformed if I make substantial gains later on?

Let me Google that for you. But seriously, go for the forehead swastika, it's timeless and won't deform unless you have weird forehead creases. 👍

I tried google and got differing answers so I was seeing if anyone could speak from experience. And I'd go for the swastika but Ft Lauderdale is predominantly Jewish, and no one I've asked will do it :/Let me Google that for you. An artist worth their salt could probably touch up the ink to look good again if it did stretch

Keep off the roids and you will be ok

Get a small tattoo that you would want to stretch. Then it will be motivation in the gym to make them extra gains. 💪

Just get a tattoo on your lower back that says "Splat Mat".

If you get a tattoo of an explosion, and it stretches, it's an even bigger explosion. Win, win.

It all depends on content and what the tattoo is of as Roger so eloquently stated. Lol
Ask a seasoned artist and you should get a real answer. I have a upper arm tattoo that got bigger but not noticeable distortion due to content. 💪🏻. Build without chemicals or too much anabolic help and you'll be happier in the long run. Take it from me, trust me😉 -
I wouldn't risk it

I have 9 now it honestly will hold up if your arms stretch I gained 50 pounds of fat when I got layed off (construction) I got back to work and gym few months after lost all the weight and gained it back in muscle and my tattoos still look as good as the day I got them it's honestly all about after care after you first get them treat them well they adapt well get lazy they turn shitty
