apps purchased but not yet downloaded

I just found out that I had gotten an app while it was free, but for whatever reason it didn't download. I went to buy it today, and it said something along the lines of " you have already purchased this app but it has not yet downloaded, if you have problems check iTunes on your computer " has anyone else had this happen? I'm wondering if there's more apps I've forgotten about, that I can get now.

I found a couple things that looked kinda cool and I was disappointed to learn I couldn't download them bc I don't have the iOS 4.0 or whatever it's called. Bummer.

Loads of times. When I used to sync to iTunes few times I forgot to backup apps n few months layer when I update I'd find half a dozen apps I forgot about. I just checked my last update from few moths back n it's telling me I have 102 updated apps I aint installed! Lol

It normally happens when the app is more than 20mb in size! If you are not connected to a wireless network it will let you purchase it but then when it
comes to downloading it, it will fail! It normally says it's failed and that u need to download from your computer.

Yea, that does! 👍 anyway to check which apps you've purchased? I usually download "free today only" apps in bulk..
