Looking to hop into a big city for better inc rates(Sac, SF, Oakland...) can anybody educate me on what big cities have the best rates?

I went for all 3 recently. Hopped right through your area. Go to sac first it's easiest then take the 80 to Oakland and SF. SF is really crowded though. Good luck getting in
