Yes but is it morally right to just mess up someone's capo status that they have worked hard 4 if ur high level (I'm not)

How do you know they worked hard for it?

I could place one 1 inf turf in my home town and be capo.

I believe anyone has the right to any Capo title they want.

If you want the Capo title, you need to be big enough and strong enough to hold on to it.
Claiming and taking turf is what this game is all about.

Level doesn't really matter. If they have a large mob & "worked hard" at getting a capo, then they should have no trouble keeping it also. They will either build more turf, cap you, or both to get it back.
