Nick needs more money and couldn't think of another skill to introduce after capture radius so he did the next best thing

Is everything in local time? Including the turf distance change? Would be a bummer to be checking at 9am CST, and have someone else get in there around 9am EST.

Or does the turf change at 9am local for THAT turf, regardless of where I currently am?

It changes 3pm uk time. So I take it all kicks in at the same time.
