CEM - Yes, we screwed up.

I've never tried to deny the fact that there are flaws within our alliance, and I've said it often enough myself that there are. Yes, we expanded far faster then we are capable of maintaining, and in many areas have far too much distance sperating members. Anyone who's said things against us can atleast take pride that they are right atleast in that aspect, and I very openly admit it. But we are also working very hard to fix these problems and repair the issues we created. We will focus our attention on a much more localized base and maintain a much more manageable system. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion about us and I'm fine with whatever thoughts you have. But I'm just saying it here and open, yes, we screwed up. Thanks.

Thank you, please accept this LOVE_SAC as a reciprocating gesture.

You didn't screw up that bad localization isn't that important. Cms did fine without too much of that. I just think that you need to take more care in recruitment. I look on here and seems to me just about everyone is offered a chance to join. It shouldn't be this way. Players should have to strive and meet goals to earn membership and members should be chosen very carefully. This should solve just about all your problems about growing too fast as well as other issues.

I agree. Success, in any alliance cannot be pursued. It must ensue, and it only does so as the unintended side effect of each member/prospect's personal dedication towards these goals. You didn't screw up that bad localization isn't that important. You do toomuch backpedaling and backing down. It's a sugnof weakness. You may gave flaws in your organization, but it's your org run it the way you see fit. Take the criticisms into consideration and work on changes behind closed doors. Never admit you are wrong on you're structure and build. Strike against those who say otherwise. Even ifyou lose,it's still experience and you will learn and grow from it.

They always acknowledged their flaws. They never actually act on most of it.
When I was in, we asked Benny daBoss for reform. He sent us a voice message on palringo after we listed our problems, and asked in a basalt voice "WTF did I do wrong?"
One of those reforms happened. One -

If you can somehow fix the giant mess you created, I might regret leaving.
My input on how to make it better is let everyone have a say. And listen to good points. And let everyone know who your thinking about letting join. And don't let the leaders decide everything.
