I think there should be a sort of betting system with tournaments so people could put loot, money, Don points, etc into a pot and whoever wins earns the pot. What do you guys think? It would actually give incentive to try to win a tournament.

This has been brought up before and it's still a bad idea. Tournaments can be as short as one hour meaning that the person who starts the tournament could pull a total dick move and start it when no one else notices and take all the prizes for themselves. If you want to give someone loot, pass it to them on the map and buy them iTunes cards (or whatever Google Play uses).
