What happened was, I got a warning from them to stop using abusive language. Which was amusingly a mere 53 minutes after CR left his words of wisdom on my wall. I replied to support that I would, but would they please clarify what was "abusive". I am absolutely certain I haven't been abusive in any PM's for months. I said some stuff on the forum, but the person I said it about doesn't even have the junk I was referring to.

Anyway, I told support my abusive behaviour was unintentional and mentioned it was hard to know exactly what the standard was when I was getting that sort of thing CR put on my wall after he lost 2 looted turf.

I didn't ask them to tell you not to contact me, but I did use your post on my wall as an example.

I actually found it amusing, and I even replied to you that I figured you might be my long lost father as he called me exactly that before running off with his secretary when I was 3. You deleted my comment but I didn't delete yours.

That is got to be one of the most abused TOS rule ever. Hard to tell what offends some folk.

I did get some clarity from support. Basically it comes down to if someone complains, they react. They don't seem to have a universal standard or police everything said everywhere.

It IS arbitrary, but from what I've seen (aside from racist or threatening statements), in order to actually get banned from the game for offensive or abusive language, you're going to be warned several times, forum banned, and locked out of / suspended from using your account a couple times.

If you can't figure out how to tone it down after 5? 10? 15? warnings / suspensions, you probably are a big enough pain in their ass for them to invoke their right to refuse your business / access to their services.
