hey need some help, so I am only level 10 and read a guide where I should focus on gaining mob members more so than influence. However, I wanted to know at what levels do you get new influence buildings... I want a maxed influence turf and just trying to figure out at what level I can achieve that and what comes after level 10 turf upgrades
