I fell asleep for 5mins and when i wokeup i was in a halfsleep mode and it looked like someone standing in side of room looking at me but then i fully woke after i almost pissd myself

That happened to me once I was not fully awake and I thought I saw a person on the other side of my room staring at me... I didn't move for 10 minutes
