Has anyone here ever used Kickstarter to collect funds for a project? I had an idea recently and was considering starting a campaign of my own. So if you ever tried it, let me know here or pm please👍🏻

I've spent something like $1200 on kickstarter.
From what I can tell, unless you're making some amazing video game/electronic product dont expect too much after your kickstarter, that's if you get your entire funding.
