I'm looking to upgrade my GPU soon, and wondering what's hot. My current one is extremely crappy, but I can still pull 60 frames in some AAA titles maxed out. What cards would you guys recommend for 200$

Depends on what specs the rest of your rig is, no point getting a good GPU if the rest of your computer is outdated, you won't get the full potential out of it.

I have a top-of-the-line processor , 16gb of ram, and two 1tb hd and a 480gb ssd. I also have an extremely large case (antec 11 or something like that)

What are you doing with 2TB. Nice SSD
Making and recording videos eats up space a lot faster then you'd like to think. My gpu is trash, it's an xfx amd 370 1gb so I might order like a gtx 970 or something like that.

I think amd/ATI just priced dropped a few months ago. Till Nvidia next big chip, ATI is great right now. And ATI usually over clock pretty good.
