Okay, so you know when you see some inactive noob with a couple of turf and you're like AAARRRGGHH cus you can't cap him. Stupid Don. So anyways you're pissed cause ya see some nice turc to cap but the don says NOOO and you can't do SQUAT. Well, I had an idea. Instead of freaking out, you plop a turf, max infl. and rack in protection money! I know lots of people already do this but I know a good number that don't. I find it a great way to keep my cashflow high enough without pissin someone off sayin "ooooh you capped my turf wah wah why". Saves ya money, time and temper.
