So I was thinking that it'd be cool since this is kind of a "Mafia simulator" that people in a certain 50 or so Mile radius or just in a town or set of towns can have a sort of "crime family" where the highest level is boss with the next 2 highest being underboss and consigliere and having crew chiefs who are a certain rank and then soldiers at a certain rank range and then 'associates' 10-below and have so features of that Which adds new kinds of "operations" that have weekly payouts for crews where a cut goes up to the top 3, some examples being: chop shop, stock fraud, drug dealing, extortion, gambling, loansharking, etc and have the option to be like the RL Cosa Nostra even more
