Hopefully the baby doesn't have reflux. My sister in law said that was a nightmare.

That sounds pretty bad. No the baby is healthy as can be. No issues of any kind so far.

Ok robo this is seriously the best resolve and worked awesome for my daughter who had the worst colic the pediatrician had ever seen. It's called the football hold, simply lay the baby on your right arm supporting the head with your hand, take your other hand and make a v shape spreading your thumb and fingers apart under its chin and collarbone area while laying the rest of your arm along the body , then switch arms. The baby should be face down on your opposite arm and tilted slightly downward. Let me know if it helps 👍😎

How old is the new little one?

Vigorous shaking.

Swaddle tighter than you think you should and white noise louder than you think would be needed. Swings are good too.

I haven't tried this because I heard about it too late and it's only for swaddling age, but I've heard a lot of great things about the magic Merlin sleep suit.

Exactly. I hope these people suggesting you sedate your baby with drugs or alcohol aren't actual parents. There's obviously a reason your baby is crying, so you job as a parent is to find that reason and satisfy their need. Newborns don't require that many things so the list should be rather short and you will know their different cries for their different needs. If all else fails PM me and I'll send you Saba's cellphone number and you can call and ask her. 😜😜😜ฅຮอศརຮƴ♆яїн♆ wrote:
There's actually a warning on the package telling you that it is not intended to be used to help children sleep. ✋. No Saba bullshitBenadryl ...
Yes! This!
Babies cry for a reason. If you find that you have tried everything take baby to a Doctor and talk to them. -
I tried out the sleep suit we were given by the hospital last night and my wife had to wake her up to feed her. That thing is awesome!!

Wait, no one has mentioned duct tape???
Really though, my older daughter would stop crying every single time we sang 'itsy bitsy spider'. Every. Single. Time. Without fail. No other song worked but she would literally stop immediately and stare in amazement as we did the little hand motions.

Shake them vigorously.
