this guy is attacking me for no apparent reason. I'm not loosing any cash but it's hella annoying. I haven't attacked him and he doesn't have any turf in my city. He has more mob than me, what should I do? Btw his name is semetex in a fancy Japanese font.

If it's just attacks on you and not your turf then it's not hurting anything except your win/loss ratio. Don't take it personally. Probably just for xp. I recommend not throwing personal insults at them.

If someone attacks you, scroll through their turf list and any turf you see over 100, car bomb it. People seem to like this. You will make lots of friends.
