What are yours? I've already lost 50 pounds, so mine is to get really shredded and leave humanity behind. I'd also like to quit smoking.

I brought in the new year in a university hospital after having robotic surgery to carve a malignant tumor out of the roof of my mouth. Instead of a "soft palette" I now have a retainer like prosthesis that I'll have to wear for the rest of my life.

This gave me a head start on 2 goals.

Weight loss - Today was the first day I've eaten anything since the surgery.

Smoking - I think it's safe to say that 2016 is the year I finally quit. Besides, if I want to smoke now I have to pinch my nostrils shut while I inhale. 😒

Great job on the weight loss hillbilly.
Sorry to hear that Dunn. Sounds like the surgery went well, hope you fully recover and get used to the changes in your life.
Definitely quit smoking you guys! 👍
