Anyone know somewhere I can put down turf and not have people constantly laying turf on my own, my reason being i don't wanna deal with constant fighting right now.

Try asking nicely. Tell them you're just a newb with pitiful 66 inf turf and really need the money. It might work.

I had my friend try to get him off me but now he is just mad about it. I just did of all my turf and rebuilding it all

I see in Jackson you have built a turf underneath a guy from 2012. You are just handing him money.

Your best bet is to level up to where you can build 86inf turfs and to not plant underneath others. You do have some smart plants such as your turfs that are taxing others so good job there.

If you need help leveling up, I'm certain you can find some volunteers to smack you around for XP.

Remember back in the day when your turfs didn't have a visible border so you could turn in the exact color of the map and it was virtually invisible? Ah, Those were the days.
