Not sure if you know this or not but you can only use 1 grenade per mob member. Basically you have about 9,300 extra grenades sitting around doing nothing.

You get 1 weapon, and 1 armor per mobster. Your ultimate goal right now is to try and have 1 body armor, 1 rpg, and 1 xm for every mobster you have. This will you give you the highest attack and defense.

All of this has been stated many, many times.
