Just finished watching it. Definitely more eventful than its previous half. Thoughts or commentaries about it?

Already read the book years ago, only reason to go watch is boobs and explosions.

Man, that was definitely my least favorite of the books. It shocked me how off-kilter the pacing was. Plus the so called "bitter-sweet" ending... wasn't sweet at all. Just bitter.
I know a lot of people say "But it's a war story! People are SUPPOSED to be sad in the end!" but I just don't think that's a good reason for such a bummer ending. I was promised an epic war story of the Resistance vs. The Capitol... But all that happened was Jurassic Park, w/out the dinosaurs (Basically good guys getting killed for no good reason other than for the shock of it).

It's how it happened in the books. I kinda like that people died personally. It'd be too far fetched If all those events happened and no one died.
I didn't remember the events from part 2 of the third book too well, so I didn't enjoy it as much originally. But I went back and read a few chapters and was impressed just how spot on it was with the books. So I really enjoyed it
