90kg bench, 60kg incline, 120kg squat and dead lift I have been at it for 4 yrs, the improvement slows down after around a year ๐๐๐๐

I do:
60 kg bench press
39 kg incline/decline press
22 kg bicep curlIm 6 foot 3 inchs with 16% body fat i weigh around 85-90kg

Protein/creatine shakes...do they actually help get better results? I workout 4 times a week and eat ok'ish. I'm on a budget and have heard that one after each training session is enough is this true?

Creatine just fill your muscle with water so u will bulk up as long as u keep taking it. But it does help you train harder so u will grow muscle slightly faster than simeone not taking any supliments.
Hope this helps i use to take creatine but gave me stretch marks on the back of my arms. Im curently on protein shakes and they work fine for me :)

wen i first started u got cheap protein made by york fitness but it was horride. U get wat u pay for so cheat stuff will taste and give cheap results so to speak.
A 40 quid tub should last u a month or so dependin on dosage. :)

I dony use supplements and I bench 70kg max (I once managed 75 but cause I cant do it regularly I don't count it) and can do 11 chin up and dips in a row :D (that was a personal goal) I've been working out twice a week for about a year and the improvement is slowing down so I might shake up the drills. Ima try going down o the gym 7 times this upcoming week (it's a holiday so I can just chill)
