UPDATE version 2.63 is now available on the App Store: Tap here to upgrade.

Hey everyone,
There is a critical issue in version 2.62 that causes crashes on devices running iOS 7 (iOS 8 and iOS 9 work normally). We’ve submitted a fix (version 2.63) to Apple with an expedited review request, and hope to have it on the App Store soon.

If you are locked out of Turf Wars as a result of this issue, you have a few options:
- Upgrade your device to iOS 8.0 or higher.
- Wait for version 2.63, which will run normally on iOS 7.0+. This could happen soon, or take several days, depending on the review process.
- Downgrade Turf Wars to an older version (requires connecting your device to your computer’s iTunes). If you’re not sure how to do this, please tap the Feedback button on the Home screen, or on the website at https://turfwarsapp.com/support/ and tell us your computer’s operating system (Windows, OS X, etc) and whether you upgraded via your device or an iTunes sync.

I never rush to update for this reason. Good to know, as I would have been affected. Next time also put a notice on pal in alliance chat Nick. 👌

Ooops. Me too. An in app message showed up so installed :-/ no crashes yet though do get can't find location messages now and again

Version 2.63
- removes magnifying glass when tapping and holding for ios9 users

This is a small issue but I think you may have inadvertently disabled the copy function in turf wars. I am unable to highlight any text anywhere in turf wars to copy.

Nevermind. Just discovered I can highlight text by double tapping and holding.

Running IOS 9 Nick still freezes up when zooming in and out on the map or switching between the quick tabs at the bottom of the screen I need to close the App force close it then reload the game and 5 mins later same issue again newest update released is what I am running on IOS 9
