Mornin, Turf Wars. A big player has showed me the error of my ways and attacked every turf I own reducing them all to zero. Why? I'm not sure, but maybe it has to do with the fact that I attacked some people in my firat couple days playing, or maybe they're just bullying (wouldn't be surprised).

Is buying the turf defenses my best bet, even vs a player 10K influence or more?

The ability to cap turf is based on having an armed mob not influence. Defense upgrades aren't worth it. Punching codes to grow your mob is what gives you offense and defense.

I spend hours punching and maybe ten percent of the codes I've entered have responded with adds. I'm six years behind, so I imagine I have a lot of catching up to do. Was going to buy some don points, but not so sure now.

I feel like if any of the bigs notice a new player, they go for them immediately. Sad part is I think whoever attacked my turf is in my mob. 😢

Make an account at mob.codes and start with punching the temporary codes. They have a much higher return rate. Mob is not an alliance it's totally normal to be attacked by members of your mob.

Thanks for sharing the mob code site. Very helpful. Some codes don't work, but I guess those are the temps, right?

"Big" is a relative term, but the bigger players do not mess with players your size by hitting turf or capping as a general rule. Unless provoked, of course. Forget defensive upgrades, and punch codes as others have said. Grow your mob and the attacks will diminish as long as you stay in your lane, so to speak.
