TW Reset (Death) Pool
Forums › General Discussion › TW Reset (Death) Pool-
Get your crap out of my thread Alluvion. Global warming is no more real than the Pope's impending lecture of Americans about how we should help the rest of the world because we owe them (f that - welcome to America. You want it - work for it) or Santa Claus or Hillary Clinton being fit to lead this country...

Oh and your TW is dying spew is unwelcome too.

AgreedIs the game dead or dying? Naysayers, consider this. In 2012, I started playing. TurfWarrior had a mob milestone thread. I, and many, many others were adding mob at a rate of 1-1.5k per week. Now, no matter your mob size, the rate is more like 1-1.5k per MONTH. When I started playing, the vendetta recruitment, where new players congregate, rarely had a post older than a day on the first page. Now? The oldest post on the first page is from June 21, fully 3 months ago. So if you say the game is not slowing down, or that it is actually growing, where is your evidence? Temp codes? Downloads get temp codes. That doesn't mean they play the game beyond the first minute. Honestly, looking at the landscape, could you blame them? TW death deniers are like global warming deniers. Wishful thinking in spite of contrary evidence.

Another reset

Hey, everyone.
I used to be part of another game, back in its golden days. There was a point where everyone said it was dying. It did eventually die, but only after about a year. The game lived on, the code and player data sold to another company.
It died because of a saturated player base. People became better and better until new players had no chance.
It seems that this is happening with this game too.
The sad thing is, there's no easy way to stop this. You may have heard of "product life cycle"? First comes the introduction, the growth, the maturity and, finally, the decline. The decline is inevitable for all products. The only reason big companies last for so long is because they constantly make new products. The game needs something new, something fresh. The current turf wars is outdated.

I think what has probably happened before and is happeneing now is; big players reset everyone complains the game is dying, more players reset/go inactive, then there space is made in the top By all those big players resetting and small players who wouldve gone inactive because too many big ol meanies, then stay and become big players and new alliances.

Comparing rates of mob growth from any time to during the noob flood makes no sense. Before the noob flood you could gain 1k in 2 weeks. Afterwards, it went to 3 weeks, then 1 month. Slowing down doesn't = dying. Lol, it's not even global warming anymore; now it's global climate change. Is the game dead or dying? Naysayers, consider this. In 2012, I started playing. Your right I don't reach out to them. But when I was starting out I at least reached out to my capo. I don't hold as many as you do/did. I know you post help threads I think that's awesome. I was just saying.✞€ℍ₳ℙ╚₳ł₦✞ wrote:

Well, I wouldn't consider myself a new player (been playing since late 2011, reset in 2013. Playing on and off since) but as a small mob player I would say that the game is only dead to a player depending on a their playing style and their goals.ຮ໒ศཞƶƴ₮ཡཡ๑ solo wrote:
