O U 8 1 2 (look at top mobsters, sort by mob size) is always looking to meet new players and share his wisdom.

Bear with him, though, you may have to message him a few times.

It's sort of his way of filtering out those who are serious about learning the game. Anyone can send 1-2 messages, but he'll start taking you seriously after the 9-12th.
