Hey all!
I own a company called Mad Squid Productions. I make anti-corporate videos that take aim at unethical companies and call attention to bad actors in the American market space. I am currently working on a video about Mean Free Path, makers of this game.
I have a rapidly growing list of user complaints, drawn from a small selection of users, about unethical, biased, and disinterested engagement from the MFP team. I am curious to see how the patterns of abuse that are evident in MFP's customer service practices might look from a macroscopic perspective. So, I am opening it up to the forums here.
1) Have you ever been mistreated, misled, or abused by MFP customer service? How and when?
2) Have you lost any real money playing Turf Wars, in a way that was unexpected or that you feel was not adequately covered by the Terms of Service?
3) Would you be willing to sign a petition demanding Apple Computers hold Mean Free Path accountable for being an unethical and untrustworthy developer in the App Store?

You do realize this is a game you play by choice right? No one is making you spend money. If you don't enjoy the game delete it and move on.

The key phrase in your diatribe is "small selection of users." You can find a few complainers in every game. If these people broke the TOS, they don't have a leg to stand on. If they are trolls or complaining about being "bullied," that won't help your cause either.
You clearly aren't forum-banned or game-banned so what's your problem?

While I agree with what everyone is saying here....if you don't like the game, don't play, etc., etc.; I don't see why everyone is attacking the OP. I didn't read anything close to OP complaining about the game from a individual stance. They simply stated that, based on their list gathered from others, they see a reason to make a video and wanted a broader spectrum of opinion to "accurately" display the purpose of the video. With that windbag statement out the way, here are my answers:

Plus, based on what you see in the GD sometimes everyone talking about nick doing this and nick doing that i completely understand where he is coming from. I dont agree that there is a problem from my perspective, but i understand his

Short and sweet - MFP customer service/support...SUCKS! It always has and it probably always will. TOS are purposely ambiguous and trying to get clarity on particular aspects of TOS is virtually impossible. That being said, to the best of my knowledge, MFP is as fair as they can be. Do not mistake laziness and apathy for deceit or corruption.

I think the main gripe I keep seeing in the forum is that ads don't work and people can't get free don points. But sounds like that isn't one of the problems you are looking into?

In answer to your questions
1. NO not really, will qualify that with, I have only contacted the "gods" on maybe 5 occasions - on most of those occasions they responded with an answer, however each time I felt there was some room for improvement on the customer service skillz front. (This is probably a symptom of MFP being a relatively small company (limited resources and finances), which means techie's responding to support queries (and sure most in IT environments would agree you never put the techies in direct contact with customers)
2. Yes BUT this was my choice to lose money to MFP (as above - trying to help pay for more staff).
3. NO my experiences are not bad enough to sign any sort of petition, thanks for asking though👍
