Just wondering are there any alliances out ther cosidering take on lvl 40-lvl 50 member

Minimum mob for most alliances is 1500+

You can join the Hardcore alliance if you want. All I will need is your bank account details and then you can join.

Alliances aren't built in as part the game. It's player made, so there isn't a "Press to join" button. Just talk to the leaders.
