External Chip?
Forums › General Discussion › External Chip?-
Im using a Boost MAX (phone) on Boost service. I've had it for a little over a year. In the beginning it would read my external chip that I bought for extra space and I could enjoy tons of music, pics and games. Yet, I don't know if it was an update or perhaps dropping the phone but, now it doesn't read it at all and I can no longer transfer my apps. This is causing space issues and my phone to run slow, apps acting up etc. Any of y'all know a way to fix this without buying a new phone? I've been updating my device on a regular and deleted a lot and have also installed device cleaners (for junk and out of date APK s) which I use often but, nothing has worked yet. :(

Those adult sites probably broke it.

Could be the micro SD card was damaged. Only way to test that would be to get a new one and put all your stuff on it. If that doesn't work your phone's mirco SD card reader is probably broken and you'll just have to deal with the space issues or get a new phone.

If the issue is the 'reader' then, im definitely going to have to get a new phone. Ugh.
