While I appreciate the public thank you, it really isn't me who you should be thanking. I did some of the organization and recruiting to get the ball rolling but then pretty much dropped off the face of the earth. The real credit goes to the players who spent their time and money trying to help you guys. A lot of these players had the balls to buck the trend and help out with something they felt was a worthwhile cause, despite the implications of going against the grain of their current crews and allies. They were willing to try something different, invest in the game and even look beyond the immediate future and not so distant past. They decided the easy game wasn't necessarily the best game. It says a lot in this day and age of lemmings & megga alliances. The people who fought with & for you knew that the odds were astronomical and they said fuck it.

Anyway, I don't even know how it turned out in the end but I'm assuming from the tone of this thread, the inevitable happened.
I wish I could tell you there were a way to right the course but unfortunately between nicks money grab handouts and the current mind set of the big three alliances, I don't see much hope for much more than the pathetic shell of a map game this has become. Meh, it's all about having fun and obviously it's still fun for enough people if players are still willing to feed the machine. -
