What's the deal with the tw codebooster app. Anyone uae it? Is it worth it? What is the auto copy feature?

From the descrption it is just an app that emulates code sites like mobcode.org,the autocopy feature just means it copies when you highlight a code without actually having to press the copy button.

So you can be banned for copying codes? That doesn't seem fair. Thanks god that think costs money or I would be banned by now.

No, you can't be banned for copying & pasting codes. Nick's sticky is about using a script to automatically post your code in the invite forum - that is bannable. Using any kind of program to enter codes for you (meaning you are not copying them or typing them by hand) is also bannable.
