Just ignore the dude all he wants is attention if no one ever responded to one of his stupid posts his voice slowly becomes meaningless.
Saying that, the rule is abused and could be enhanced with other thresholds for it to apply like turf # ie potential influence

As much as Davey chaps my ass on general principal, further restrictions on capping would really hamper the game. Especially for active, larger players. I'm sure some method of getting around those limitations could be found but any further restrictions would have to take into account too many variables. And I'd be pissed to find out my Don points literally bought me out of the game if turf number is ever taken into account. Now, further steps to protect new players from shit like he's pulling? Different story maybe. But again...a lot of variables to take into account there. I find that 10% rule plenty restrictive for the vast majority of sane players. Chaps me that the game has already been so altered on account of the insane few.

Just have the smaller players in the area tear down to one inf. Below a certain number the old one inf rule still applies. This should protect alot of the smaller players for now

It's very simple. Take a drive and drop turf away from the attacker. This is not something new. If you have 300 mob, there is always some asshole with 500 mob that will take all your turf. Didn't we all go through this in the beginning?
Early on, I did my best to avoid bigger players. Build cash slow. Have patience. Mob up in the mean time. Don't jump in a fight unless you are more than ready.
The Red Baron won every air battle because if he couldn't win, he fled.
In the end, we are all indestructible here.

I think Big Ragoo is right. He's trying to get on your guys' nerves and to some extent he's succeeding. Until he comes back and raises his influence I'd make a CMS rule saying no one engage in conversations with him publicly and maybe even privately. Just my opinion. And I agree with the comment the guy under big ragoo made

I don't agree with Bigragoo's second point. If keeping your influence low to pick on new players was such an abused exploit that had any real benefit, everyone would be doing it. It won't last, and in the end there's no difference in a puny AK-47 wielding Davey Boy and any other noob with 5K mob. Any of them could be assholes to new players if they wanted to be.
Rule number 1: We are all invincible. Even noobs like Davey.
