No, something is illegal because it's against the law. Not getting caught does NOT make it legal.Dont tell ur gf and just go out grab him and stamp all over him and then break his legs and let him know why but dnt show ur face the guy has to prove it was u who attacked him b4 u get a record for it be smart its only illegal if u get caught break him
I don't know what stewbdoo said because it he didn't use punctuation.
Why is her ex able to reach her so easily?
I don't know how he was able to. He's using friends to txt her asking her questions and he lives near the store she shops at and he always tries to approach her in the parking lot. -
Then those aren't her real friends. She needs to change her phone number, getting an unlisted one, & shop at a new store.

Sometimes you gotta step outside the law to protect your loved ones! If a cops hands are tied, then a stealth op is the only alternative. Do you wanna wake up the rest of your life, wishing you did something when you had the chance?

Restraining order?

I would say it is time to take out a restraining order and then call the police every time it's violated. Pain in the ass? Yes. But way easier for him to actually break the law. That's what you want him to do. Break the law (without anyone getting hurt) and get penalized for it. Then there are always things like suits for harassment, etc. Document absolutely everything. Video, pics, witnesses, and involve law enforcement whenever possible. Number one problem with domestic violence is that there is usually no legal paper trail. Victims don't press charges. Get a lawyer. Be consistent. And above all else, don't commit crimes doing it or you've sunk to his level. It's not a sexy solution, but a record can ruin his ability to get a job and much more. Packs quite a whallop if you think about it.

Restraining order. Then when he breaks it. Jail time.

This girl in high school was raped and everyone knew who it was. Her brother wanted to kill the guy but the cops said if the brother did anything then they could no longer press charges against the rapist for some eff'd up reason. Not sure if it's true or not but ya.

I haven't done anything to the guy, I just don't like seeing my girl upset because she hasn't slept more than 3 hours and can't stop thinking about what happened.
