I went to college 10 miles from Dublin.
After the big lawsuit with Dublin Dr. Pepper and Dr. Pepper, the Dublin Dr. Pepper made with pure sugar cane is no more. That formula has been discontinued. On a side note, I can still buy Dr. Pepper with pure sugar cane but the original formula that has been around for a long time exclusively to Dublin, is gone.

If you really want some Dr. Pepper made with real sugar cane, I can pick some up for you and ship it myself but keep in mind that it's not the original stuff but honestly, I can't tell a difference.
