i keep trying to search temp codes by their name in the search tab, but keeps telling me they can't be found. Why is this?

They're most likely inactive.

Unlikely. Doesn't it take 3 months of not logging in to be inactive to the search? Temp codes only last a week.

I'm trying to add the temp code and search the name it gives me. When I search the name, it can't find the user.

I punched about 100 temp codes this am. I checked for 3 names, and each of them were found.

30 days of inactivity before you don't show up in search
