This is a usefull item it let's you make one turf within a 1.3 mile radius of an existing turf once. This means it saves you about 3 hops per police map used. On the downside it is a rare item so people won't be able to get enough to make any real difference on a long range hop !

If someone has more than one let me know what the combined distance is when you use them together at once.

Yup u can use repeatedly. U can also use it more than once on the same turf at the same time (before u drop a new turf). It comes up with a message saying maximum range reached or sumat. The range is huge.

Max creation radius has already been reached. That's after applying it twice to the same turf.

It is one time use, but you can use multiple ones at one time...
Imma be hopping my way into staines as soon as i get my turf limit increased by 50....

No, the map is one time use only. Being able to use it more than once was a glitch that has been fixed now. Read nick's thread.
