So after coming back to the game I've noticed there's a new cap player skill, what does everyone think about its effectiveness?

it maxes out at 250. like stam. it also costs 2 skill points just like stam. for every point you put in is a .2% decrease in which players can cap you. maxed out thats a 50% reduction. so if someone needs to cap you from 1 mile away, when its maxed they need to be half a mile to cap you.
useful for big and small players alike
