So like I'm seeing all of these ppl that are capos of malls, shopping centers, parks and sometimes just stores like Costco or walmart. How the hell do I become a capo of something like this? I will put my turfs directly on top of a store or park and nothing happens so like...what am I missing? Help would be nice as I wish to become the capo of my local McDonald's. The Big Macs will be mine...

Geocoders (there are two) have changed over the years , some capos no longer exist. For example , tear down a Costco capo and it might be gone for good. Some of the unusual ones you refer to may no longer even exist.

Use google geocoder. It will register a lot more locations.
