when people Capp me I don't complain when I'm run out of an area I don't complain. Why do so many people winge that i Capp turf then respond by capping me, which again I do not complain about. What's the general consensus

It's a war game. If someone gets annoyed when you cap them, they can deal with it. Tell them to go play FarmVille. If you want to beat those who cap you, put some work in and mob up and beat them.
