At one point I had 14. Went on a dry spell for months... Once those were gone I went a couple weeks where I used DP. Just recently looted 2... Seemed odd to me too. Almost like they want you to be forced to spend your DP

I just got one. Remember they are RARE Loot. I get them fairly regularly I use one every week have about 23 left. 🐢. LT

I have enough to last me close to end of the year but it has been a long time since I've seen one. Maybe my next run will be with DP and see if it makes a difference.
