Vegetarians?

I'm a burger guy. Flat out. I like steak, chicken, I eat pigs feet (don't judge). But, I would like to add more greens to my diet.

Tips or recipes that actually have flavor?

I like canned turnip greens. You can add bacon grease and as much garlic salt as you like while heating them on the stovetop. I recommend the hot pepper vinegar on them when they hit the plate.

make any veggies good just cook them with bacon, or add bacon salt to your salad :)

I myself had a 6 month phase where any meat I ate came right back up so I have some experience. I personally just like raw carrots, with ranch if you like that, celery, or I really like cooked asparagus with a little bit of salt and butter on it. Nothing wrong with a good salad either.👍

Bully, this is easy. Get a bunch of broccoli, cauliflower & sliced up squash. Dip it all in a vat of beet batter and fry those bad boys up. Remove, strain and pat dry making sure to remove any extra oil. Then dip into batter again and refry until desired crispness.
Remove, drain, strain and pat dry.
Lastly and most importantly:
Remove all batter from veggies, dispose of all veggies in proper waste receptacle and enjoy your delicious veggie coated beer batter.👍

Another favorite of mine is eggplant lasagna, where you sub eggplant in place of noodles. Not only is eggplant great for you, but it cuts the starchy noodles! I'm a pescetarian, but I know a lot of great meatless entrees. If you want more suggestions and recipes, just Pm me!
