Go by mob.but if you have higher mob but they have all really high attack weapons they might still beat u.btw this is the wrong forum

Level is irrelevant after level 15. Before level 15 you will lose. I check mob and influence (not necessarily in that order). Obviously I'm not going to attack a noob. What's the fun in that? Made that mistake you get all sorts if whiny messages like why? What did I do to you? Etc.

Off topic, but do you run missions? You've got 3 items in your arsenal? You're missing out on some loot.
