I have always enjoyed and looked for helping players. I feel that all players are important to turf wars and can be relatively effective regardless of mob size, and ability of game play can be taught. We would be willing to aid in player development if the fit with the other members is right.

Just one request please, could you avoid directing them at any of top 5 alliances, the reasons for this include: they have enough members and collective strength (they don't need a whole load of new rangers!!!), they already scout for new players, newish players need to learn the ropes in the lower leagues (prob where you'll find me😉). 👍👍

The way I look at it is you all started out on the bottom as a NOOB. There is nothing wrong in adding a NOOB and growing your alliance.
