More turf?

Im level 16, does the don give me more turf?

You receive a new turf every few levels, but you can also purchase them with don points.

Right. I'm level 63 with 85 turf. As long as you have money you can increase your turf limit. But more than 2 per day and the don points will increase for every turf after that.

Because I save them for reasons when I need them and I don't want to go over my limit capping turf like you

You should at least build them to 18 inf. You'll make your money back in 36 hours. After that it doesn't matter if you tear them down. They are pure profit at that point.
Just build them in an out of the way [place where placement cost is minimal.
