Shit some of you guys are pretty damn strong. I'm 17 and I've only been lifting for about 6 months now so I'm nowhere near any of you.

Deadlift - 100kg (got a dodgy lower back)
Squat - 170kg
Leg Press - 320kgDo any of you have any advice you could offer about using protein? Should I do it at all? Should I sort out my diet first? Is it effective?

Bench-230-240ish
Leg press hella lot
Can't free weight leg stuffs thanks to a bad knee so I don't do much heavy squat or dead lift I feel like I can bench more than I can squat but at least my legs aren't twigs -
